Prize recipients are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes. Any winner whose address cannot be verified will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. All entries become the property of My College Guide. Prizes may vary depending on availability, and the publisher may substitute a prize of equal value. The winner will have the option of receiving a cash prize of $400 in lieu of the iPod.
