We offer a top-notch education that combines a liberal arts-and career-oriented curriculum that our graduates call life-changing. You can choose from among more than 70 undergraduate academic programs. We also offer 22 graduate programs and five doctoral programs, including those in our schools of occupational and physical therapy, which rank among the finest in the nation.

Our location in the state capital is an awesome advantage in finding internships and service-learning opportunities. And if you desire additional real-world experiences before you graduate, you might consider one of our study-abroad opportunities. During our unique three-week Spring Term, you can be a part of faculty-led international trips to different destinations each year, including our campus in Athens, Greece. You can also study for a semester in Athens or at universities around the world with which we maintain relationships.

Our faculty inspire passion for learning.

Our faculty are the ones who do the teaching and bring the curriculum to life. Our most senior faculty teach both freshmen and upperclassmen, and the student-to-faculty ratio is just 12:1. When it’s time to find internships, it pays to have faculty members who know you well enough to recommend you.

You'll have lots of options here to make your life richer. You might join the departmental club within your major, then join a group that is completely unrelated. When it comes to your professional preparation, we make sure you have time—before you graduate—to start practicing what you learn, outside the classroom.
